CX UX Spark founder Dominique Simmons is a CX/UX strategist with a decade of experience helping teams turn customer insight into smarter, faster product decisions. With a unique blend of UX research, CX strategy, cognitive psychology, and data science, she partners with founders and product leaders to build solutions rooted in real customer needs—not assumptions.

Dominique’s journey began inside large tech organizations, where she advised enterprise product and engineering leaders across data, AI, and cloud technologies. Her research directly influenced multi- million dollar revenue generating products and helped teams understand not just what to build, but why. Working across startups, consulting firms, and big tech, she saw the same pattern repeat: teams often moved fast, but rarely with a clear, shared understanding of their customers.

That experience inspired her to focus on early-stage companies, where the right customer foundation can accelerate growth, adoption, and product-market fit. Through CX UX Spark, Dominique helps teams craft insightful customer conversations, build cross-functional alignment, and create seamless, human-centered experiences from day one.

She also leads discussions on ethical technology and healthy team culture, and mentors emerging researchers, from fresh grads to academics and mid-career professionals, who aspire to make meaningful impact in CX and UX.
